Riyadh - Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) has signed two contracts with a total value of SAR 190.89 million on 31 August 2025, according to two separate financial statements.
MIS sealed a SAR 126.07 million agreement with the Ministry of Health’s third health cluster in Riyadh to provide maintenance and repair services for medical devices and equipment at primary healthcare centers.
The 60-month contract is expected to have a positive financial impact from the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2025 until Q3-30.
Meanwhile, MIS entered into a SAR 64.82 million contract with Elm Company to offer information technology systems services for 36 months.
The deal will reflect positively on the company’s results starting from Q3-25 to Q3-27.
On 30 August, MIS rolled out SAR 209m joint agreements with Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University and Naseej for Technology Company.
During the first half (H1) of 2025, Elm logged an annual surge of 30.56% in net profits to SAR 1.08 billion, versus SAR 831 million.
