Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) has inked a definitive agreement with HUMAIN on 19 September 2026 for the design and construction of specialized artificial intelligence data centers.
The contract value exceeds 689% of the company's total revenues for 2025, including value-added tax.
Under the terms of the agreement, the project scope involves a significant expansion of data center capacity, increasing the workload from 50 megawatts (MW) to 250 MW.
The engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) works will be executed through sequential work orders issued by HUMAIN.
This agreement replaces a previous contract announced on 5 March 2026, without impacting the ongoing progress or the financial impact of the prior arrangement.
Management expects a positive financial impact from the agreement, which will be reflected in the company's financial statements starting from the date work orders are received.
MIS confirmed that it will disclose the specific value, execution periods, and financial effects of individual work orders as they are officially issued.
The company previously noted a positive financial impact starting from the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.
