Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) announced the receipt of the fourth work order from HUMAIN on 10 October.
The company stated that the value of this specific order exceeds 135% of its total revenues recorded for 2025.
This development follows a framework agreement previously announced on 20 September, which carries a total potential value exceeding 689% of the company's 2025 annual revenues, inclusive of value-added tax.
Under the terms of the agreement, projects are executed in phases through sequential work orders.
The company confirmed that the execution period for this latest work order is 16 months.
The contract's financial impact is expected to appear in the company's financial statements starting in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.
MIS noted that it will continue to announce further work orders as they are received, including the specific periods in which their financial results will be reflected.
