Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) announced the award of a project to provide information technology services and maintenance for medical devices and equipment at King Saud Medical City.
The contract is valued at a total of SAR 179.78 million, inclusive of value-added tax, according to a bourse disclosure.
Under the terms of the award, MIS will deliver specialized technical works and IT services to the medical facility. Meanwhile, the overall project focuses on the repair and upkeep of critical medical hardware alongside the provision of integrated IT solutions for the medical city.
The project award was finalized on 29 July 2026, marking a significant addition to the firm's portfolio in the healthcare technology sector.
Meanwhile, MIS expects to formally sign the contract on 29 August 2026.
The company confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction.
MIS recently renewed its funding agreement with a Saudi listed bank for a total value of SAR 419.75 million.
