Riyadh – Mubasher: Middle East Paper Company (MEPCO) turned profitable at SAR 10.55 million in the first half (H1) of 2025, compared to net losses of SAR 14.32 million in the year-ago period.
The sales reached SAR 534.22 million as of 30 June 2025, up 7.15% from SAR 498.52 million in H1-24, according to the interim financial results.
Earnings per share (EPS) hit SAR 0.12 in H1-25, against a loss per share valued at SAR 0.17 a year earlier.
Results for Q2-25
In the second quarter (Q2) of 2025, MEPCO recorded 29.36% year-on-year (YoY) higher net profits at SAR 5.22 million, compared to SAR 4.03 million.
Revenues grew by 7.86% to SAR 275.13 million in April-June 2025 from SAR 255.07 million in Q2-24.
Quarterly, the Q2-25 profits declined by 1.98% from SAR 5.33 million in January-March 2025, while the revenues climbed by 6.19% from SAR 259.09 million.
