Riyadh — Mubasher: Liva Insurance Company announced that its board of directors accepted the resignation of non-executive member Muneer Al Mughairi on 22 October 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The resignation includes his departure from all sub-committees and became effective on the submission date.
The company stated that Al Mughairi stepped down due to personal reasons, after he had served on the board since his membership began on 26 November 2024.
The board of directors expressed its gratitude for his contributions and efforts during his tenure with the firm.
Liva Insurance confirmed it will announce any developments regarding the appointment of a replacement candidate in due course.
Recently, the listed company accepted the resignation of independent director Al Lawati from all board sub-committees.
