Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday, 10 Septemver will start listing and trading shares of Leejam Sports Company under the symbol 1830 with a 10% daily fluctuation rate.
Leejam's share sale is considered the first listing on the Saudi bourse during 2018, while the firm will be listed on the consumer services sector.
On Wednesday, the Saudi Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) announced adding Leejam’s shares to the investors’ accounts.
In June, the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) approved Leejam’s request to implement an initial public offering (IPO) for 15.7 million shares, making up 30% of its total equities.
