Kuwait-Mubasher: Kuwait and Gulf Link Transport confirmed the news published last week that Shuaiba Port’s contract will not be renewed, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
KGL has been informed by its sister company KGL International for Ports, Warehousing and Transport, that it has not been registered as a container handling contractor in Shuaiba Port for the year 2016, as the subsidiary was notified, on 2 August, by the ports authority which did not explain its move.
The premier provider of integrated Supply Chain Management services in the Middle East confirmed that no financial impact would result from the contract, whether renewed or not.
