Mubasher: Kuwait Real Estate reported an increase of 11.94% in profits during the second quarter of 2018 compared to the same period last year.
Earnings grew to KWD 1.66 million in Q2-18 from KWD 1.49 million in Q2-17, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
From January to June, Kuwait Real Estate achieved a rise of 23% in profits to KWD 3.88 million compared to KWD 3.15 million in the same period last year.
Kuwait Real Estate clarified that the incline in H1 profits is attributed to repaying provisions of legal cases in the period.
Operating revenue increased by 1.26% to KWD 8.86 million in H1-18 from KWD 8.75 million in H1-17.
