Mubasher: Kooheji Group has offered its Golden Gate project in Bahrain Bay for sale at a total cost up to BHD 80 million, as reported by Alwatan Newspaper.
Golden Gate's scope of work consists of twin residential towers including 750 super luxury apartments with a wide range of options along with modern world-class amenities and facilities.
One of the towers includes 54 floors, being the tallest tower in the kingdom.
Kooheji has offered the project’s bid and appointed the contractors, while it is currently setting its marketing campaign to be after the summer season in two months.
Golden Gate is expected to be executed in three years based on its planned time frame.
The investment return is expected to be 33% or more, Alwatan added.
