Keir International names new Chairman, Vice Chairman

Riyadh – Mubasher: Keir International Company appointed Mohammed bin Ali Al Dhalaan as the new Chairman of the board for the coming three years.

The Tadawul- listed firm also named Mamdouh bin Farouq Ghazzawi as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse disclosure.

Meanwhile, the two officials assumed their roles for the current board term that began on 30 November 2022 and will remain in position until 1 November 2025.

Last August, Keir International sealed agreements with the Saudi government at a combined value of SAR 16.08 million.

In the first half (H1) of 2022, the company reported net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 6.63 million, an annual hike of 63.30% from SAR 4.06 million.

Revenues grew by 12.26% to SAR 63.59 million in H1-22 from SAR 56.64 million in H1-21, whereas the earnings per share (EPS) increased to SAR 0.55 from SAR 0.41.
