Riyadh – Mubasher: Keir International Company has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Shenzhen Action Technologies Company, a partnership that grants the Saudi-based company the sole rights to market and distribute advanced technological solutions within the kingdom.
The agreement, which spans a five-year period, is set to enhance Keir International’s portfolio in the telecommunications, security, and military sectors through the introduction of specialized electronic systems and digital frequency solutions.
The formal agreement was signed on 9 June, following the initial award announcement on 14 June.
Under the terms of this exclusive arrangement, Keir International will be the designated distributor for a wide array of products developed by Shenzhen Action Technologies.
The product range included in the contract encompasses electronic device systems, signal boosting and jamming technologies, and digital frequency management tools.
Additionally, the partnership covers telecommunications network infrastructure and bespoke solutions that are specifically developed to meet the unique requirements of individual projects and clients.
This strategic move is designed to support Keir International’s expansion into high-growth technical fields. By securing these exclusive rights, the company aims to provide advanced technological solutions to a broad spectrum of entities, including government departments, military organizations, security agencies, and commercial businesses.
All activities under this agreement will be conducted in strict accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The company recently renewed an amended facility deal valued at SAR 11.92 million with Al Rajhi Bank.
