Mubasher: Kaplan, a global training and education company, has acquired Genesis Institute, according to a recent statement.
Kaplan Genesis, under which Genesis and its team will trade, will continue to be based in Dubai and operate across the GCC.
The statement highlighted that the terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“It will now be able to integrate the world-class Kaplan Schweser CFA® materials into its already exceptional CFA programmes,” the statement said.
Other financial and business qualifications, as well as leadership and professional development programmes for corporates will be offered after the acquisition.
Kaplan Genesis’ vision aims to promote learning and development among public, as well as private sector professionals through customised collaboration.
