Mubasher: Kuwait and Middle East Financial Investment (KMEFIC) announced that the company’s CEO, Adel Fahad Al Humaidhi, had recently submitted his resignation.
The resignation is effective as of 1 June, according to a stock exchange statement on Monday.
The announcement has no material impact on the company’s financial position.
Last year, KMEFIC posted 53.8% higher profits at around KWD 655,420, compared with KWD 426,080 a year earlier.
