Mubasher: Financial statement of Jiyad Holding Company (Jiyad) showed that the company has turned profitable for the second quarter of 2018.
Net profits amounted to KWD 181,400 in Q2-18, against a loss of KWD 855,000 in Q2-17, according to the company’s statement to Boursa Kuwait released on Sunday.
The company attributed the second-quarter profit to an increase in associated companies’ financial results.
For the first half of 2018, Jiyad’s profits recorded KWD 902,100, versus KWD 1,500 in H1-17.
