Riyadh – Mubasher: Jana Medical Company has formed its audit committee following a board of directors’ decision issued on 7 July 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The committee is appointed for the remainder of the current board term, which commenced on 28 July 2022 and is scheduled to conclude on 27 July 2026.
The board has appointed three independent members from outside the board to the committee.
Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Faraj will serve as the chairman, being a certified public accountant with more than 23 years of experience in financial management and auditing.
Fawaz bin Qaed Al Anzi, who possesses over 20 years of experience in internal audit and governance, was appointed as a member.
The third member, Muslat bin Manahi Al Marzouqi, brings more than 25 years of expertise in executive management and institutional control.
The appointments are effective immediately from the date of the board decision.
Meanwhile, the committee's four-year term aligns with the existing board cycle, ensuring oversight of the company’s financial reporting and internal control frameworks through the end of the current session in July 2026.
