Riyadh - Mubasher: Jadwa Investment Company will distribute cash dividends of SAR 31.6 million to Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund’s unitholders for the second quarter (Q2) of 2021.
The cash dividend distribution stands at SAR 0.20 for each unit, representing 2% of the unit's initial price or 1.8% of net asset value as of 30 June 2021, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first half (H1) of 2021, the net profits of Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund declined to SAR 27.037 million, compared to SAR 35.67 million in the corresponding period of 2020.
