Riyadh — Mubasher: Itmam Consultancy Company signed a project contract with the Social Development Bank (SDB) for the operational sustainability of the Dulani Business Center for 2026.
The agreement, finalized on 20 October, follows an initial award notification issued on 21 September 2026.
The contract is valued at more than 25% of the company’s total revenues for 2025. Under the terms of the 12-month agreement,
Itmam Consultancy will provide non-financial services to micro-enterprises, freelancers, and small businesses. The scope of work includes the provision of all necessary technical and professional requirements to support the center's operations.
Management expects the project to have a positive financial impact on the company’s results during 2026 and 2027.
The company confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction. Itmam Consultancy received the fully executed contract on 20 October, marking the commencement of the project’s implementation phase.
