Riyadh — Mubasher: Itmam Consultancy Company recently signed a contract with Elm Company to implement a project focused on measuring performance and beneficiary satisfaction for Hajj and Umrah services, according to a bourse filing.
The agreement was finalized on 16 September 2026, carrying a total value exceeding 10% of Itmam Consultancy's total revenues for the 2025 fiscal year.
Under the terms of the 12-month contract, Itmam Consultancy will evaluate the quality of services provided to pilgrims and measure the satisfaction levels of beneficiaries and participating entities within the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem.
The project scope includes various initiatives to assess service providers and business sector engagement.
Itmam Consultancy further expects the financial impact of this agreement to be positive, with revenues reflected in its financial results during 2026 and 2027.
There are no related parties involved in the transaction, and the contract was officially received following the completion of all necessary signatures.
