Mubasher: Ithmaar Holding, listed on the Bahrain Bourse as well, posted lower net profits at $7.41 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2025, compared to $15.92 million in Q1-24.
Total income reached $181.97 million in Q1-25, down from $237.48 million a year earlier, according to the initial financial results.
Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) dropped to $0.03 in the first three months (3M) of 2025 from $0.24 in Q1-24.
The dual-listed company reported accumulated losses amounting to $827.65 million as of 31 March 2025, equivalent to 109% of the company’s capital.
At the end of 2024, Ithmaar Holding’s net profits hiked to $123.74 million from $49.04 million in 2023.
