Cairo - Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Integrated Diagnostics Holdings (IDH) approved a decision to distribute cash dividends of $0.049 per share for the year ended 31 December 2020.
The dividends will be distributed on 29 July for shareholders owning shares until the end of the business day on 8 July, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
During the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, the company reported net profits of EGP 339 million, up from EGP 102.5 million in Q1-20.
