Inmar to pay SAR 12m dividends for H1-26

Riyadh — Mubasher: Inmar Company for Real Estate Development and Investment stated that its board of directors approved a cash dividend distribution totaling SAR 12 million for the first half (H1) of 2026.

The decision allocates a dividend of SAR 0.30 per share to shareholders upon a board meeting on 15 September 2026.

Inmar added that the distribution targets 40 million eligible shares, representing 3% of the nominal share value.

The company confirmed that the dividend payment process for the H1-26 period is scheduled to commence on 11 October 2026.

Meanwhile, eligibility for the payout is set for shareholders owning stock at the close of trading on 24 September 2026, and who are registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

Edaa will manage the transfer of funds to investment accounts via custody members.

Inmar noted that distributions to non-resident foreign investors will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Saudi Arabian income tax regulations.

Qualifying investors with tax exemptions must provide supporting documentation within 3 calendar days of the eligibility date.
