Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The subsidiary of International Holdings Company (IHC), Multiply Marketing Consultancy, has acquired 11.25% of the total issued shares of Emirates Driving Company in a big block trade.
Multiply Marketing Consultancy has purchased 10.104 million shares in Emirates Driving Company, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
It is noteworthy to mention that during the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, IHC showed an increase in the net profits attributable to the owners to AED 1.332 billion from AED 112.194 million in the same quarter of 2020.
