Huspy expands into Italy with Integra Finance acquisition

Dubai – Sharikat Mubasher: UAE-based property technology company Huspy announced plans to invest $86 million in Italy, as well as the acquisition of Italian credit intermediary Integra Finance as it expands its real estate and mortgage operations across Europe.

Huspy said in a press release that it will combine Integra Finance’s local network and expertise with its AI-native technology and operating systems to expand services for real estate agents, mortgage advisors, and homebuyers.

Founded in Dubai in 2020, Huspy added that the investment will support its plans to build a major operator in Italy’s mortgage finance and real estate sectors. The acquisition marks the company’s entry into its fourth market after the UAE, Spain, and Saudi Arabia.

Integra Finance, founded in 2020, provides mortgage, lending, financing, credit, and insurance services to individuals, professionals, and businesses. The company has more than 160 advisors and partnerships with over 50 banking, financial, and insurance institutions.

The transaction represents Huspy’s fifth acquisition in the credit intermediation sector. The company previously expanded through acquisitions including Home Matters in the UAE and Mortgage Direct in Spain.
