Riyadh – Mubasher: Hedab Alkhaleej Trading Company has commenced its electronic voting for its Ordinary General Meeting (OGM), scheduled to be held virtually on 21 July 2026.
The electronic voting process will open to shareholders via the Tadawulaty platform starting from 1:00 AM on 17 July 2026 and will remain available until the conclusion of the assembly.
The upcoming meeting is slated to begin at 6:30 PM on 21 July. This announcement follows a previous disclosure issued by the company on 30 June regarding the invitation to the assembly.
A second meeting is scheduled to take place one hour after the first, should the legal quorum for the initial session not be met.
The company confirmed that a live broadcast of the proceedings will be accessible through the Tadawulaty system.
