Riyadh — Mubasher: Hawyia Auctions Company recorded a 47.16% decline in net profit to SAR 9.11 million during the first half (H1) of 2026, compared to SAR 17.25 million in H1-25.
Earnings per share for the period fell to SAR 0.46 from SAR 0.86 in H1-25, according to a bourse filing.
The company’s revenue for H1-26 reached SAR 16.48 million, representing a 66.90% decrease from the SAR 49.79 million recorded during H1-25.
Hawyia Auctions attributed the decline in both top and bottom-line performance to shifts within the real estate market that hindered project implementation.
Despite engaging in larger-scale projects and opportunities during the current period, the execution of these initiatives was impacted by market variables, leading to lower realized revenues.
Total shareholders' equity, excluding non-controlling interests, rose by 23.33% to SAR 54.63 million in H1-26 from SAR 44.29 million a year earlier.
The external auditor’s report was issued with an unmodified opinion. Meanwhile, certain comparative figures were reclassified to align with the current period’s presentation, though the company noted no material reclassifications were made.
