Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate eyes SAR 7m dividends for 2025

Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate Company has recommended a total cash dividend distribution of SAR 7.06 million to shareholders for 2025.

The payout represents 2.50% of the share nominal value, according to a bourse filing.

The distribution will be allocated across 28.23 million eligible shares, resulting in a dividend of SAR 0.25 per share. The company stated that the recommendation aligns with its strategy to balance shareholder returns with sustainable corporate growth.

Eligibility for the dividend is set for shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the close of the second trading day following the date of the general assembly meeting, which will be scheduled after obtaining regulatory approvals.

Meanwhile, the company will announce the specific payment date at a later time.

For non-resident investors, the cash distributions will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Saudi tax regulations.

The company advised shareholders to update their banking data to ensure the timely deposit of funds following General Assembly approval.
