Riyadh – Mubasher: Hail Cement Company’s board decided to pay out a dividend of SAR 0.25 per share for the second half (H2) of 2022, according to a bourse filing.
Meanwhile, the Tadawul-listed firm will disburse a total of SAR 24.10 million, representing 2.50% of the capital, for 96.40 million eligible shares.
The eligibility and distribution dates for the dividends will be on 15 and 26 December, respectively.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, Hail Cement turned to net losses after Zakat and tax worth SAR 5.90 million, compared to net profits of SAR 47.17 million during the same period a year earlier.
Revenues hiked by 31.55% to SAR 268.21 million in 9M-22 from SAR 203.88 million in 9M-21.
In January-September 2022, the loss per share settled at SAR 0.06, versus earnings per share (EPS) of SAR 0.48 in the year-ago period.
Last September, the company distributed cash dividends worth SAR 24.42 million for H1-22.
