Mubasher: Hotels Management Company International (HMCI) reported a 22.2% profit decline to OMR 918,000 ($2.37 million) in the fourth quarter of 2015, compared to OMR 1.18 million ($3.05 million) in the same quarter of 2014, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Net profits declined 17.8% to reach OMR 2.17 million in Q4-15, compared to OMR 2.64 million in Q4-14.
The board recommended cash dividends representing 90% of the capital for the fiscal year 2015.
