Riyadh – Mubasher: Group Five Pipe Saudi Company penned a contract with Saudi Aramco for the manufacture and supply of spiral-welded steel pipes.
The agreement, which was signed on 17 September 2026, is valued at SAR 270.58 million, inclusive of value-added tax.
Under the terms of the deal, Group Five Pipe Saudi will provide specialized steel piping for one of Aramco’s projects. The contract is scheduled to be carried out over a duration of four months.
The company expects the financial impact of this agreement to be reflected in its financial results starting from the second quarter (Q2) as well as Q3 of 2027.
Group Five Pipe Saudi confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, Group Five Pipe Saudi logged net profits of SAR 143.13 million, representing a 14.33% increase from SAR 125.18 million in H1-25.
