Cairo – Mubasher: Global Telecom Holding said it will buy 524,569,062 treasury stocks that represent 10% of the company’s capital.
Global Telecom will buy the stocks at EGP7.9 per share, said a bourse filling.
The company will take this step in order to support its earlier decision in respect to cancelling its GDRs and reducing capital.
