Riyadh – Mubasher: Gas Arabian Services Company has logged net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 60.06 million last year, down 18.07% from SAR 73.30 million in 2020.
The company’s revenues soared by 20.01% year-on-year (YoY), reaching SAR 386.46 million in 2021 from SAR 322.01 million.
The earnings per share (EPS) plunged to SAR 3.88 last year from SAR 4.89 in 2020, according to the financial results on Thursday.
Meanwhile, the company’s board has recommended a cash dividend of SAR 2 per share for 2021.
Gas Arabian Services will pay a total of SAR 31.60 million, representing 20% of the capital, for 15.80 million eligible shares.
The company will announce the eligibility and distribution dates at a later time.
