Kuwait – Mubasher: Gulf Bank of Kuwait (GBK) confirmed on Tuesday reports about the resignation of César González-Bueno from his position as Chief Executive Officer and the appointment of Antoine Daher as new CEO.
González-Bueno’s resignation is effective as of 30 November, according to a bourse filing.
Antoine Daher has served at GBK as Deputy CEO since August 2013.
By 11:50am Kuwait time, the stock rose by 1.75% to 232 fils, with a trading volume of 234,189 shares exchanged at KWD 50,000.
