Cairo - Mubasher: The general assembly of GB Corp greenlighted paying out EGP 379.92 million in cash dividends for 2025.
The EGX-listed company will distribute a dividend of EGP 0.35 per share over two tranches, according to a bourse filing.
The first installment of EGP 0.20 per share will be paid on 29 April 2026.
Meanwhile, the second tranche of EGP 0.15 per share is scheduled for 29 July 2026.
During 2025, GB Corp reported consolidated net profits after tax worth EGP 2.78 billion, compared to EGP 3.05 billion a year earlier.
