UAE – Mubahser: G42 has unveiled new AI-based tool BoardNavigator to transform corporate strategy and governance, according to a press release.
The new tool, which is set to be available worldwide, will analyse large proprietary and public data to support board members in their decision-making processes.
BoardNavigator will join forces with Microsoft to address the needs of individual organisations by using its own data to ensure privacy, relevancy, and accuracy.
International Holding Company (IHC) will be the first organisation to adopt BoardNavigator in its board operations.
IHC will deploy Aiden Insight as a decision-making tool that offers real-time insights to inform discussions and guide decisions. In this regard, Aiden Insight will be responsible for observation of the board meetings, risk assessment, and strategic planning support in a secure and compliant manner.
