Fourth Milling to distribute SAR 70m dividends for H1-26

Riyadh — Mubasher: Fourth Milling Company’s board of directors approved on 29 July 2026 the distribution of SAR 70.20 million in interim cash dividends to shareholders for the first half (H1) of 2026.

The payout represents 13% of the share nominal value, according to a bourse filing.

The company confirmed that the distribution will target 540 million eligible shares, resulting in a dividend of SAR 0.13 per share.

Eligibility for the payout is set for shareholders owning stock at the market close on 20 August 2026 and who are registered in the company’s share registry at the Securities Depository Center Company by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

According to the disclosure, the dividend payment process is scheduled to commence on 3 September 2026.

The company noted that distributions to non-resident investors will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Saudi tax regulations.

Non-resident investors with tax exemptions must provide supporting documentation to the company's investor relations department within three days of the eligibility date. Dividends will be transferred directly to shareholders' linked investment accounts.

In H1-26, Fourth Milling generated net profits worth SAR 103.87 million and sales of SAR 343.08 million.
