Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Foodco Holding’s shareholders gave the go-ahead to a board proposal for distributing cash dividends for 2015, according to a bourse statement.
The dividends payout stands at 15 fils per share, amounting to AED 15 million.
The company’s stock fell 6.58% to AED 4.05 by 11:20am UAE time.
