Riyadh — Mubasher: First Milling Company (First Mills) announced that its board of directors has approved the distribution of SAR 99.35 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the first half (H1) of the 2026 fiscal year.
The payout, which was ratified during the 28 July 2026 meeting, represents 17.90% of the share nominal value.
The distribution will target 55.50 million eligible shares, according to a bourse filing.
This will result in a dividend of SAR 1.79 per share.
According to the company disclosure, the eligibility date for these dividends is set for 4 August 2026 for shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
First Mills scheduled the payment of these dividends for 19 August 2026.
Funds will be deposited automatically into investment accounts linked to shareholder portfolios.
The company noted that distributions to non-resident foreign investors will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Saudi income tax regulations.
In H1-26, First Mills recorded net profits amounting to SAR 146.03 million and sales of SAR 634 million.
