Dubai – Mubasher: FinTech Hive has announced the start of its accelerator programme in collaboration with Accenture.
The accelerator programme includes a 12-week curriculum in which a group of “finalists” would cooperate with institutions and other stakeholders to innovate and reach solutions for the evolving needs of the regional financial services industry, according to an official statement.
“The extraordinary quality and overwhelming quantity of proposals we received this year is a testament to the growing interest in FinTech Hive and the industry’s trust in its collaborative platform,” executive vice president of FinTech Hive at DIFC Raja Al Mazrouei commented.
This year’s edition of the financial event will comprise a variety of startups covering the fields of FinTech, InsurTech, RegTech, and Islamic FinTech.
“We are committed to providing the FinTech space [in the region] with invaluable access to, and feedback from, an international network of strategic partners and well-established financial institutions looking for innovative solutions to their everyday challenges,” Al Mazrouei said.
