Riyadh — Mubasher: Arabian Food and Dairy Factories Company (Fadeco) announced that its board of directors has approved the resignation of the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Fadel Fawaz.
According to a regulatory filing, the resignation became effective as of 24 June 2026.
The disclosure, however, did not specify a reason for the departure or name an immediate successor to the finance chief role.
The company expressed its appreciation for Fawaz’s contributions and wished him success in his future professional endeavors.
