Cairo – Mubasher: The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) has dismissed Cleopatra Hospital Co’s mandatory tender offer (MTO) to acquire a 100% stake in Nozha International Hospital.
Cleopatra Hospital had previously requested to buy the 7.2 million shares of Nozha International Hospital, according to a statement by the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
In January, Cleopatra Hospital's board of directors had submitted an offer to buy a 100% stake in Nozha International Hospital
