Mubasher: Muscat-listed Financial Corporation Company (FINCORP) entered in a strategic alliance with UAE’s Rasmala Holdings Limited, according to a bourse statement.
Under the alliance, FINCORP will acquire Rasmala Investments in Oman.
The acquisition will be subject to the completion of all necessary approvals and procedures.
