Fäm Properties eyes Chinese property investments in 2019

Dubai – Mubasher: Fäm Properties, the top selling real estate broker in Dubai, has expected that Chinese investors will dominate almost half of its sales in 2019.

Fäm Properties, which is one of the UAE's largest real estate brokerages, has set a target for 2019 after being honoured by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) for achieving total sales of AED1.33 billion in the full-year 2018, Arabian Business reported, citing the firm’s CEO said.

“Immediately we’ve set our sights on achieving higher targets this year, and I’m forecasting that 50 percent of our sales and above will come from the Chinese market,” Firas Al Msaddi added.

There is a great potential for Dubai real estate in the Chinese market, Al Msaddi said, noting that his firm has adopted a strategic approach to boost its presence in China.

The company noted that it is about to finalise a strategic partnership with a Chinese investor, giving no further details.
