Emirates adds new flights to Egypt’s capital

Dubai – Mubasher: The UAE airline Emirates on Wednesday announced the addition of four flights a week between Cairo and Dubai.

The decision will be effective as of 28 October 2019, increasing the total number of flights to the Egyptian capital to 25, according to a company statement.

“Cairo is a very popular destination for both business and leisure travellers, and the additional flights will provide our customers with greater flexibility in their travel choices, and allow seamless connectivity to Emirates’ vast global network,” Emirates' senior vice president, commercial operations Africa, Orhan Abbas, said.

The new flights will be operated by a Boeing 777-300ER and will add 1,416 seats each way per week on the Dubai-Cairo route.
