Dubai – Mubasher: The board of Emirates Refreshments Company has elected Nader Ahmed Al Hammadi as the chairman of the company, according to the company's disclosure to Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Sunday.
The company's board also agreed on appointing Hamad Salim Al Amiri and Mohammed Yaser Bader as CEO and chief financial officer (CFO), respectively.
Meanwhile, Ahmad Aldabboos Al Suwaidi was elected as vice-chairman.
It is noteworthy to mention that by March, the company incurred accumulated losses of AED 16.35 million, representing 54.52% of the capital.
