Dubai – Mubasher: Emirates REIT, the world's largest sharia-compliant Real Estate Investment Trust, on Thursday announced that its portfolio value reached AED 3.5 billion ($940 million) in the full-year 2018.
Net asset value (NAV) recorded $1.736 per share during the year ended 31 December 2018, according to a filing to Nasdaq Dubai.
The total NAV of the REIT amounted to AED 1.9 billion ($520 million) in 2018, Emirates REIT added.
It is worth noting that Emirates REIT is considered the first regulated shari'a-compliant real estate investment trust in the UAE, which holds a portfolio of 11 properties worth a combined AED 1.7 billion.
