Dubai – Mubasher: Emirates NBD has announced its new voice banking service in the UAE in cooperation with Amazon Alexa.
Emirates NBD’s customers in the UAE will be able to reach the Amazon Alexa App on both iOS App and Google Play stores, according to a bank statement on Tuesday.
The bank noted that the service is available in Arabic as well.
The new service can assist customers to access details related to their bank accounts as well as listen to market briefings.
The voice banking service is part of the bank’s ongoing efforts to provide value-added services and utilise application programme interfaces (APIs) that are set up to meet established open banking standards.
