Emirates Driving witnesses solid profitability in 9M-25; revenues near AED 563m

Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: Emirates Driving Company posted 31% year-on-year (YoY) higher net profits after tax at AED 271.89 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, versus AED 206.79 million.

Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) increased to AED 0.24 at the end of September 2025 from AED 0.19 in the year-ago period, according to the financial results.

Emirates Driving generated AED 562.66 million in revenue during 9M-25, higher by 67% than AED 337.49 million in 9M-24.

This robust performance was driven by sustained demand for driver training services, enhanced operational efficiency, and continued portfolio optimization.

Quarterly Results

In the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, the company’s net profits after tax jumped by 30% YoY to AED 112.98 million from AED 87.49 million, while the revenues hiked by 29% YoY to AED 209.32 million from AED 161.69 million.

Ahmed Odeh, Chief Financial Officer of Emirates Driving, commented: “Our financial strength is underpinned by effective cost management and strong cash generation. With total assets of AED 1.80 billion and cash and bank balances of AED 941 million, the company remains well-positioned to fund growth initiatives and deliver sustained value to shareholders”

Earlier in October 2025, Emirates Driving completed the acquisition of a 22.50% stake in Mwasalat Holding, with an option to increase ownership to 50.60%.
