Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: The board members of Emirates Driving Company recommended changing its trade name to Emirates Mobility Company.
On 18 February 2026, the board also proposed acquiring a 51% stake in Performise Labs FZ-LLC, a Dubai-based AI firm, according to a bourse filing.
The move supports the company’s strategy to accelerate digital transformation and deploy AI-backed tools in mobility services, driver testing and training, and vehicle inspection.
Completion of the acquisition will follow necessary regulatory approvals and contractual conditions.
During 2025, Emirates Driving recorded 22% higher net profits after tax at AED 345.86 million, compared with AED 282.36 million in 2024.
