Dubai – Mubasher: The board of Emaar Properties, listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), on Wednesday recommended the disbursement of 15% of the company’s capital in cash dividends for 2018.
Total dividends of the Emirati developer for last year reached around AED 1.07 billion, according to a bourse statement.
The company’s capital hit AED 7.159 billion distributed on 7.159 billion shares.
Emaar reported a 30% year-on-year profit increase in 2018, registering AED AED 7.216 billion
